Yes I finally got a hold of my tuner. He said its perfectly fine and has tuned with winters on plenty of times. No problems/power loss what so ever. He uses a dynojet.

And for the people that actually made decent comments, thanks for being good members and expressing meaningful opinions
I don't know about the nicer in canadastan thing. I got pretty flamed in OT because I'm a Viet Nam era guy and sort of indirectly called him a sissy poofter

itd be pointless for him to switch back and forth. wasting time

go with your winter so you have a tune for winter w/ all your mods on or at least what you want to do

during spring if you have any extra mods to add on get that done also.

the reason i suggest this is that you can switch your maps back and forth and log to see if there's any difference between winter tires and summer tires from your tune but its not going to be any different anyways.
