Default 94 preza with ej22 misfire problems

Sorry I've posted this a lot I've been told to do it here.I recently bought a 94 preza with a 99 ej22 in it the guy ran it for nine months then went into limp mode he replaced the crank coolant and cam sensors with no luck. I got her and cleaned the egr that took it out of limp but started misfiring. I checked the maf igniter and o2 I got a new coil plugs and wires with no luck. Any help would be much appreciated

What plugs & wires?

Subaru engines have issues with Bosch wires & plugs. I usually use OEM wires and NGK copper plugs.

Is it all cylinders, or 1 or 2?

sorry it took me so long i got a pair of oem wires and ngk coppers. i recently replaced the iac and the tps it ran fine for a day but this time instead of missfiring it drives smooth up too 3000 rpms then it starts surging and wont go over. possibly back in limp mode? oh and still no cel. another thing is when i unplug the tps it runs great but then i get the cel.
