Default no radio stations

I bought my car and it already had a aftermarket deck but I can't get any radio stations unless I'm close to the tower does anyone know why my radio isn't picking up any. The antenna is plugged in my radio but I keep hearing about a wire or something so any help would be very grateful

The other possibility is aftermarket window tint. The antenna in your car is located in the back glass. Some aftermarket tint can interfere with radio reception.

Well I can get one station pretty much thru my whole town and another in the next town 10 miles away and the station itself is right in between the towns. I do have window tint and it is messed up I will check that to and see. I just own the weirdest car their is tbh lol
