Default redline in r160 LSD?

is the redline lighweight shockproof okay to run in the LSD r160? reason i ask is because i have a new quart left over from my trans.

Sure. The WRX rear LSD is sealed, so you are okay even to just use regular gear oil. Shockproof will provide some extra protection for your gears.

I have run LWSP in my WRX rear diff for many years, and it works well.
