Default Borla Header Install Questions

I'm in the process of wrapping my Borla headers for my '02 RS. When I install the header can I reuse the gaskets our should I buy new gaskets? I have checked the nuts from the stock header to the first cat, I'm sure they will need to be cut off, what size are these bolts? I thinking of replacing them with stainless steel.
