Default Seems like a misfire maybe ?

Hey guys I got a 98 impreza wagon 2.2 liter about 105k miles on it now and it just started to what seems like misfire. But it's only doing it at low rpms when I give it gas. Once I get over 3k rpm it revs up fine. But it sputters and bogs at low rpm. I just changed the spark plugs and it ran ok for a few minutes and then started doing it again. Not sure why it's acting like this If anyone has any ideas or input I'd be glad to hear it. Thanks.

Unfortunately with the temperature swings that you get in Siberia, it could really be anything.

You said you replaced the plugs, did you replace the leads/cables as well? That would be my first check. Second would be the ignition coil.

Check out avto zona for new cables if needed, they may also have the ability to test your ignition coil.

I'm afraid Liberia93 is correct. Until you go into your profile and correctly fill in your car and your location and your region, we all see Serbia and 73 Yugo Sport. They would definately need spark plug wires at this age if they had not been done before.

To be fair, he did say in his post that he had a 98 Impreza.

And I prefer Lebanon, not Liberia.
