Post Gasoline specs in UK?, OZ? etc...

I was wondering what gasoline was used in the UK or other parts of the world. What is the normal octane rating on gas from other parts of the world. Please post here if you know what they got.

Here in the UK, we have 95 and 97 octane fuel which i believe is 91 and 93 octane in the US. 95 octane is the cheap stuff. If you call what we pay cheap. :-(

How much do you pay for the higher octane fuel's in the US?

If i have got this right i am paying about $4.35USD for a US/gallon for 97/93US octane. We are getting totally ripped off with the price we pay. :-(

We may get some nice cars EVO's,22B's, skylines etc but we have to pay a fortune to run the things.

I guess I missed you question? What are you asking?

Yes you pay too much for gas, as do we, but unless you got an oil well under there somewhere, you are S.O.L.
