Anyone recommend a traffic lawyer for precinct 4 place 1 (Spring, TX)? I don't think Sprecher does this area. Pulled over for going 48 in a 40....

So what's the question?

A traffic lawyer would not be successful using the tactics used in the large courts like Dallas and Tarrant county. Ask for Deferred. that is the best way to keep it off the driving record.

Yup. Plead no contest, pay the court fee, take the def driving course, turn in your paperwork, and finish up probation. If you get another minor ticket within probation period you can still do it again, just more severe penalties if you get a ticket during that probation period. And voila!

I avg 1.5 speeding tickets per year with a clean record Which reminds me, probation ended last month. Perfect timing for spring shenanigans
