Sooo.... they have the shooter's car, which has traceable information attached to it... and all they can come up with in the news report is "the shooter is at large, if you have any info, please contact police". Really?... -that's- the best they can do?

How about "the police are going to trace the vehicle's information and round up the d00sh in about an hour or three... "

Is is that much of an effort for a reporter to do this tiny bit of work to figure this out then confirm with the police that yes, they will do this, and ohhhh.. I don't know, report on it?

It just seems to be sensationalizing with the whole "still at large!" (on foot, btw.. we have his car... but let's not make too much of -that-, it's not as cool!) angle and leave it at that.

JW2 would've already made the collar... just sayin'.

"The shooter took off on foot"

Who's to say that he's the owner of the car? Whose to say that the car owner was present at all?

Not trying to be contrary, just presenting the facts that were on the article.

It says the driver was apprehended and the shooter took off. More than likely, car is stolen OR driver owns the car.
