I have discovered that Boyd's skimped in the recoil pad. And yes I know it's a .22 with zero recoil but with the way rifles line up in my shoulder I like having a bit softer recoil pad.

I set up a target inside my basement and "dry firing"(aka not actually pulling the trigger) and love the tacticool stock. My fv-sr is probably my new favorite rifle.

My PSA upper just arrived. Should be getting my BCG in a few weeks, this damn rifle is so close to completion now. Of course it would have been complete if there wasn't a stupid panic.

Finally bought a bolt-action rifle. After several months of research and then another month of trying to find anything actually in stock and available for purchase I now own a Savage Model 10 Precision Carbine in .308. Just ordered a scope and mounts last night. Will post pics when I get everything assembled.

Now I need to find ammo so I can actually shoot it .

Probably got lost in the thread shuffle. Do you want to score our own .22 challenge targets?

Good news regarding the AWB bill getting taken out of the Dems Senate bill. Hopefully that will help calm everyone down and can get back to normal again. Biggest thing is the ammo.

Sure, but then it turns this into PP:

http://bigstory.ap.org/article/senat...roval-unlikely

http://www.politico.com/story/2013/0...eam-89046.html

Btw, it was Reid that took it out of the bill going before the Senate.

i think it did. I liked your idea of having one person scoring them. Do you want to take on that challenge?

Engineer student = not much time for scoring tons of targets and keeping track of them. If no one else can then I will. I haven't been keeping all the targets though.
