its just a thought right now. my salary doesnt support how much i have invested into this car. the car was down for 17 months and it has KILLED me financially. and i just dont know if its smart for me to keep it when i could sell it and try to get some money back in the bank.

IMHO $16,750, asking price. The first one to come up with 15,900 would take it.

Could probably make 80-90% back on the parts if you parted it. Then sold the shell for someone wanting a race only car.

Nice engine mods. Honestly though regular person and probably most car sales places wouldn't touch it with 10ft pole. Too much engine modifications that are way far from oem for somebody to buy it. If you want to sell it as is would be shocked if somebody gave you $13k for it, unless it was a fellow subie person then you could get more. Your not going to make your money back from mods. To make majority of your money what I would do is return it to stock and sell car stock or close to it.

Just the downsides of modding. Reason why I don't ever plan on selling my car not worth the money loss. That and I like it too much lol. Now sure you already asked yourself this so not trying to twist a knife your already stabbed with but why did you spend all the money in the first place if you couldn't support it financial?

Again best options if you want to sell is return to stock and sell parts, part out car completely or find a fellow subie person willing to pay a little more than average Joe.

oh yeah i know this, no way would i sell this to an average joe. itd be sold go a subie enthusiast like myself, probably someone off a forum. i know i lost money on it. but with the engine being brand new, i know i can get more than 13k

maybe take it to the track once the break in period is over and sign up for some events and make some cash if you win your division. They give cash to winners here in co at bandimere speedway, competition is great and fun when you have a car like you do...maybe take it to autox events or something like that where it will keep your mind off the fact that you put your hard earned money into it. There is better options than just giving up on it cuz if it were me i wouldnt of put that into it if it was gunna hurt in the long run.

Awesome ride by the way. Now lets see some dyno numbers

it would be a killer track car such as autox or drag racing. I would kill to have that kind of money you have put into it just for mine!

It would be more desirable with a 6 speed.

thanks for being honest about the financial situation. most of us car enthusiasts play the denial card when it comes to that stuff, but we all know we could spend our money elsewhere.

best wishes!
