Hi was wondering what this could be its coming from atp gtx3076 ewg next to the wastegate ?

Blinker fluid, because your turboencabulator appears to be low on tungsten cowhide. Though I could be wrong and it wouldnt be very hard to trace that line to where ever it goes and see if I am wrong.

Definitly coolent, water doesn't have the same thickness, it wouldn't drip like that if it were oil...is this a trick question? Coolent is the only possibility
