I'm gonna have to cash in my trip around the block token next time you're around. Looks like a riot! Nice job as always, Ben.

Good. Snow tires have no business seeing pulls like this on a 580whp car.

As anal as you are I am curious about the following things:

Stock cams
journal bearing turbo
not twin scroll

The reason I ask about the twin scroll is you were twin scroll all the way to the very end and then went and merge them together. I feel like that car should have been at least 600 horse with that much boost. The head job is definitely wanting cams, hopefully you are saving up for them in the future.

I am impressed about that fuel pump. Running 80+ psi at redline supporting that fuel is pretty darn good.

Other than that, it looks bloody brilliant.

Cams! It needs cams! Some GSC S2 would fit in just fine. That would make the setup eclipse 600whp.

Easy and with less boost! Also will maximize the power with that amazing PnP work of yours!

I'll be stopping by soon...

But waiting for summer tires may be best.

Stock cams and journal bearing turbo's were both made based on cost considerations. I was also curious what the stock cams could do. Obviously a 272 or similar would increase my top end output considerably. The journal bearing PTE's have made plenty of power. I just hope it lasts a while. The single scroll turbo was because I wanted to use a v-band setup. I had the manifold made so that if I decide I want twin scroll later I can just get a new uppipe made, and not a whole new manifold.

Fuel pump has been working well. I have it hardwired and it goes on 100% any time the car is on. I don't think there's any way around this with the OEM fuel pump controller. We had some issues with it overrunning the stock FPR, so I bought a Fuelab FPR. It is working better, but it still won't go below 55psi base pressure. Since I have plenty of injector I would rather drop the base pressure and get some more flow out of the pump, but the FPR just won't go any lower.

We think it is probably due to a restriction on the return, possibly within the OEM plastic fuel pump can. I'll be playing around with that in the future. What is your setup (turbo, fuel, power level, etc)? I'm mainly interested in how you have your fuel set up with the 08+ setup (assuming you're making similar or more power).

Yeah, EVO's run them to upper 30's. I'm not too worried about the turbo pushing this much boost as long as the motor holds up.

I wonder how much the TS header with a that 2-1 uppipe help vs a regular single scroll header and uppipe?

Probably very little difference. and a single scroll uppipe will be lighter and have more room. I did it this way to keep my options open for twin scroll in case I ever change my mind.

Bore and hone for 99.75mm pistons. Torque plates attached. NF can comment if anything else was done...

I always enjoy reading your build. Excellent photos and highly detailed. If only all cars could be modded with the thought and attention you put into yours.

You mean when you change your mind? Maybe start a pool to guess how long this set up lasts before that happens.

Well hopefully you can save up for a and get some cans in a reflash in the future it will be like a whole new car all over again. Keep checking in on my thread about May or June I should be getting my 6262 tuned on E85. Aiming for 600 on 25-26 psi. My realistic guess is 585 at 25
