Again, either STI Mikey or Dux
Where can I find mike or dux?

In this area you are in luck, lot's of good tuners and shops for Subies.

TurboXS and IAG are the two I would let touch my car though! Can't go wrong with either.

EDIT: Andrewtech for all installs, best prices and stand by their work 110%.

I don't see any other vendors stepping forward, I guess I will.

We can tune your car. We will tune it reliably. We are located less than 1/2 hour from your location (Falls Church).

Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.

iAG's tuner jorge , (riftswrx) is a god with tuning... i wouldnt take it anywhere else if you want to get the most out of your tune. 500 bucks and your set.. he was able to pull 292whp / 219wtq out of a stage 2 06 wrx which amazed me.. stock intercooler / turbo and all ... hit them up and see if you can get in they have a waiting list sometimes becuase he only comes in once a month to tune but its soooooOOOo worth it.

i forgot to mention my mods. I don't know how much power i'll be gaining. i just want it as equivalent to my mr2. I'm not really wanting like a 500+ hp since. i'm just using it to drive around daily cause it lacks torque.

Based on the dyno, my guess would be 270-300WHP range.

Jorge @ IAG for sure. Very honest and reliable. I put down more then expected on my tune without having to worry about damage to my motor.

Or maybe the hp/tq numbers are switched? My car is essentially a "stage 2" set up (since I'm restricted by the ruleset for the autocross class I'm in, so have a stock TD04 turbo), and Jorge got 250/330 out of mine.

First Tune: Intake, uppipe, downpipe, UEL headers, 38mm external wastegate, 255 fuel pump, 1000cc injectors, turbo inlet, boost controller, spearco TMIC i put down 324whp/357wtp on pump gas. only expected 300whp but i hit that at only 15psi (tuned to 20psi)

Second Tune/Build: all of the above, built motor (cams, pistons, rods, springs, retainers ect..) bore and hone to 99.75, dom 3.0xtr turbo, air/oil separator, killer b pickup, perrin FMIC ect.. i put down 439whp/374wtq on pump gas (tuned at 22 psi) only expected a little over 400whp maybe 410 whp. and yes on stock tranny.

runs extremely smooth and a/f stays at 10-11 on every pull
tuned by Jorge at IAG both times.

Jorge's tunes are great. Super smooth. Out of my 06 STI, full catless turbo back, spt intake, grimspeed ebcs, stock injectors, stock FP. So basically a stage 2 protune I got 280whp and 360 wtq. He said I would have gotten more HP but my stock injectors got maxed out. Can't wait to go back for round two.
