Thats the nicest thing I've said all month.
If you want it back, its your life, just know for the rest of that cars lifetime, you'll never find those extra creaks. This is on top of the standard subaru factory creaks.

Go to the doctor FIRST.

Then go to a lawyer.

The order matters because otherwise it looks like you made up the pain cuz the lawyer told you to.

Insurance didn't consider totaling it? I hear of a lot of stories insurance companies cutting checks in accidents like this

Officially totaled as of today. So now I'm out of a car, my motorcycle was stolen, I lost my job, and my rental popped a tire on a nail.

I. Just. Can't. Win.

Crappy part is that no financial institution in their right mind would give a loan to anyone who is unemployed, so getting a replacement car will be... tricky, at best.

Very unlikely that I will be getting any Subaru as a replacement. I'll be lucky if I can get ANY car.

I may still hang around the forums a bit, but we'll see.

Hopefully I'll get a stupid job soon.

Relax man. You are in panic mode right now. Have you contacted your insurance about money for the motorcycle being stolen? You car was officially totaled. Now you can get the money, get an econo car which will give you transportation. You can use the leftover money to live on until you find a job.

I used the payout on the bike to pay bills. I will only be getting $720 all told payout for the car.

That said, I'm not panicked at all. My parents will lend me a car at the VERY least.

Have you told them there's over 6 grand in parts that were on the car? I can try and find some receipts for stuff by looking through my email and what not. Atleast you have the g-forces with really good tire tread left you could sell those relatively quickly on here.

Usaa is great to have working for you. I've heard that usaa sucks to work with when you want money from them. If they are paying off your car that is totaled. You should buy the car back from usaa for 500 and part out your interior and mods(if applicable) you'll get a few thousand for those.

I don't have USAA. The drunk did.

My insurance is State Farm. They valued the car at $720 more than what was owed to the bank (they use NADA, not KBB).

The buy-back price was $2,6xx. And I have $720. So that's not happening.

My dad is helping me get a new car but there are many problems with this. 1.) he won't buy from a private party seller or one of those tiny used car dealerships. BUT 2.) he gets pissed off at the big car dealers and storms out.

So he won't buy from a private party, and can't talk to a dealer. So I'm stuck.

If I had a job still this would be no problem, if just go get a new loan.

Anyone have $5,600 that they are willing to lend at like 4%? Lol
