Default Price check on this 09 FXT?

http://www.farrishsubaru.com/used/Su...79fb6d7d2c.htm

Going to go look at this guy today. Opinions on what I can get price wise? I looked at an 09 2 days ago in Sterling VA with 119k on it for 11900. This is on the high end of my budget, but it is the color that Im interested in.

The car fax is on their website and indicates that it failed emissions twice, but then passed.

Also - I have a question about the brown radiator... why is it brown? Lol.

Has anyone ever dealt with Farrish? They are based in Fairfax VA.

My intentions on this would be to daily drive it and then maybe just give it to my wife, lower it to wrx height and then throw a catback on it.

Had a similar color radiator replacement in my ISUZU after my battery popped and ATE a hole in it. It was a GM manufactured replacement. Worked fine.

I would be curious why it was replaced.... just went bad? Frontal collision?

Here's the carfax:

Not showing any accidents on it. The radiator looks very clean though, compared to the engine bay appearing to have a sloppy detail job which makes me think the dealer might have replaced it. It wasnt ready for a test drive when I contacted them yesterday.

As a plus, its at a Subaru dealer.

Since OPs other thread will be deleted (most likely) I'll play nice

Yup I know how annoying cross posts are. Shouldn't matter though since the other is going to get deleted since you're apparently not allowed to post a tread like that in General Discussion.

So much for trying to ask in the regional and "global" section.

I'll play nice here since you're probably right the thread in "General" will be taken down

If you're asking if that is a good price, KBB has that car just under fair market value for the car, so I guess so. I wouldn't worry too much about the radiator having been replaced. The factory units aren't exactly robust, with the coolant constantly heat cycling the plastic tends to become brittle and crack around that kind of mileage.

As a point of reference I paid $15,400 for my '05 at the end of 2012 with only 34k miles on it from VW of Arlington. Not exactly apples to apples, because mine isn't a limited and is a 5-speed, but you get the idea. Down in that area, a manual isn't exactly an easy sell.
