Default turbo vs. NA for rally cross use. your insights...

i love my '11 outback 2.5i and i love rallycross. i can't afford a race car, which is why i got the 2.5i in the first place, anyway i dont know if its worth it trading in my car for an '05-09 outback xt. im afraid to buy a used turbo car, but an outback isn't a ricemobile so i should be ok. anyway my question is has anyone rallycrossed a turbo and NA version of the same model car? the fastest times i see in my local club belong to NA imprezas. an impreza is way too small and ****ty for me to live with everyday.

I currently drive an 06 ll bean 3.0r outback, and I'm debating trying my hand at rally X, but I need to do tranny swap and numerous suspension upgrades before that thought becomes reality haha
