Default Local Head Work, Flywheel Resurfacing

Looking for shops in the NOVA area that are capable / proficient in rebuilding Subaru heads and also able to resurface a flywheel. If anyone has good solid recommendations for either I would appreciate it.

Bump. It's frightening how difficult it seems to find a shop that actually knows what they are doing with a set of subaru heads. All I hear is horror stories.

The motor is out of my car for maintenance at 88k miles, and while I'm considering pulling the heads to install studs and new head gaskets there's no way that's going to happy if I can't find someone capable of rebuilding / refreshing the heads.

Haven't called any of the shops, looking for feedback from folks that have had the work done at the moment.

You could add Moore, Andrewtech, IAG, Ptuning, etc to that list as well. I'm guessing all of them farm out the machine work for heads, but maybe I'm wrong.

Give Andrewtech Automotive a call. They built my heads and engine over 40K miles ago. Hundreds of pulls to 8200rpms.
