Default Reflashed and upgrade, now wont start

I just finished my uppipe and downpipe install and put everything back together. Did the 2.2K ohm resistor in the plug. Flashed with Accessport to stage 2 and went to turn the car on and nothing but rapid clicking. It almost sounded like it was going to turn over but real weak once then just more clicking. Is this a low battery? I had the radio on while I was working but I don't think it could have drained it that much as I've worked on the car before with the radio running. Wont have jumper cables till my brother gets home to try and give me a boost. Ideas?

Because you said your brother was going to give you a boost and my username is boosted. Lame joke lol. But back to the point, did you get the car jumped yet?

Your battery is dead. The amount of time to use a battery without the car running is generally only 90 minutes on a GOOD battery. Plus flashing the car with a bad/failing battery can corrupt your ECU.

Jump start worked fine. Let it idle for a while and took it for spin. Battery works perfectly again.

You are lucky OP. Tons have bricked thier ECU trying to flash the ECU with a bad/weak battery. Even clearly states to check the battery condition before flashing in the AP user manual.

no, the battery isn't perfect... Flattening a conventional battery even just once reduces its life, so your battery is probably on its way out the door. Also you will want to put it on a charger. Unless you are driving around for an hour or more, your battery isn't close to full charged. A decent charger with a desulfation cycle can also help reduce the damage that was done by the full discharge.
