Did some nice pulls with an 06-07? WRB wagon with lime green rims this morning around 3 am. Hard to see since it was dark, but it seemed pretty clean. on Southbound I-5 between South Center and Federal Way.

Yeah, god forbid you actually move over instead of contribute to the road rage problem.

I don't tailgate, but if someone is going under the speed limit or is hogging the passing lane at 59mph, I'll let it be known I'd like to get by. Slow down all you want, just makes it easier to pass you so I can be on my way.

Let's put this into prospective before you get so emotional,

My commute consist of country backroads and it's usually a 40 mph speed limit.
There's rarely any traffic.
Let's say I'm going 48 MPH, even though it's a 40 mph speed zone.
All of a sudden, some redneck with a confederate flag hanging out his window on his pickup truck comes flying along.
I don't usually mind people on the road, I've dealt with many different drivers.
Anyways, the truck is tailgating me even though I'm going 8-10 mph over.
Why is he not able to simply pass around me?
Why can't he just go around, especially since it would be LEGAL and it's a dashed line.
Why?
Why must he ride my ass during my 30 minute drive to work?
Go around.
I'm not going to go 20 mph over the speed limit just because someone is running late to their doctor appointment, they should've left earlier.

I do not need to move over.
He's able to pass around me if he must.
Read my scenario I posted on my last comment in response to the other guy.
Thanks.

There must be an other one I guess.
I've met the guy with the gray hawkeye while he was pumping gas at chevron.
He said he was a senior in hs
And we then started talking about our cars for the next 10 min.

You don't need to move over, but if it bothers you that much that you deliberately slow down to piss him off, you aren't helping the situation.
Just pull over, let him pass, then carry on your merry way. It's not a difficult concept, and you are probably breaking the law.

You are so wrong. Driving the speed limit it not breaking the law but following to closely is.

This happens mostly on multiple lane freeways and highways, the far left lane is a PASSING LANE not a drive like a Mormon on the way to church lane. Im not sure about WA, but in a lot of states driving in the far left lane even going the speed limit is against the law...

Are you saying it's cool to make the situation worse then? Slowing down on purpose to "show that tailgater what's up" is a lame move too....just like tailgating.

I try not to get too upset in life about crap I personally can't control. No I don't like being tailgated, but when it happens, I don't egg on the person behind me....you are part of the problem if you do this regularly. Two lane road, single lane country whatever.

Ahh these forums are where opinions and arguments thrive. Who cares, I can't change how other people drive. Just be defensive on the road and pay attention. Arguing points over how to treat tailgaters isn't going to be taken well.

Surprisingly saw almost no Subaru's this weekend and I did a lot of driving. From Kirkland to Bellingham, and back. Then from Kirkland to Crescent Bar, and back. Was expecting to see a ton especially on such a heavy traffic weekend.

I'm breaking the law by going the speed limit?
Interesting.
I don't slow down to 10 mph if that's what you're thinking.

>3 lanes
>speed limit 60/70
>using far left going 65/75
>get pulled over
>but it was the passing lane if you go speed limit you get pulled over

Laws make no sense.

Its like no tail tint, but if you can see it up to 500 ft then ok.

Spotted a few today, southbound Washington 3 between Bremerton and Port Orchard went cruising with a black WRX that had all sorts of stickers on the window and a Perrin license plate frame, a blue WRX in Port Orchard and another silver WRX with a roof rack. Waves from all of them.
