Default v5/6 WRX RA power upgrades over WRX?

Question about the EJ207 WRX RA (not STi).
I have the brochures but I can't read Japanese.
Is there anything different about the engine as compared to a plain WRX of the same year?
I know the transmission is different, thats fine (4.44 non-DCCD)
Just mainly curious about performance upgrades over the regular WRX (if any)

Both have 280 hp but WRX/WRX RA with 34.5 kg-m of torque and STI/STI RA 36.0 kg-m torque.

I was mainly asking on the level of physical parts, what is different. i already was 95% confident but was trying to get some specific references on things like block,rods,pistons,valves,cams,shims/buckets,turbo,etc, whether they are the same as regular WRX or same as STi. My research indicated it was the same engine as the WRX with maybe a different tune/ecu(?)

RA is just a low spec WRX to save weight. The upgrade is less is more
