Default 2005 STi broken trunk hinge

So last week I closed my trunk and it made a weird crunch noise. I got home and looked around and found the trunk torsion spring hanger had completely separated!!

So I lucked out and got the hinges on eBay for $19.99 and in the correct colour. Shipping was a lot but they are heavy and sort of big. A few hours and lots of swearing later I got the left one replaced. Do it with two people. It was a lot of work by myself. What a pain. Anyways check your hinge spring hangers.
