Default Strange Pulling During Acceleration

So a few weeks ago while driving to work, I hit a fairly large piece of scrap metal in the road that tore my rear diver side tire to pieces. I finished the commute on my spare and went home straight from work that night.

The issue is that ever since I had the spare on, my car pulls left while accelerating to the point that I have to counter steer a bit. As soon as I take my foot off the gas, the car jerks right. It did this with the spare, and now it does this with the new tire. I know we should replace all tires at once, but the set only had about 3,000 miles on it, so I'm not that concerned.

To give you some basic info on the car, it's a 2005 STi. Stock suspension besides kartboy rear end links. I have a set for the front I have yet to put on, as well as new pads, fluid and rotors. I do have a bit of brake drag on the front passenger side, but it's been like this since before the pulling started.

I'm not sure where to start- rotation? Balance? Alignment?

Thanks in advance.

For a bit more info-

Front ball joints were replaced by Mastro Subaru last month, and front passenger tie rod was replaced two months ago (it went bad and my toe kept screwing up). The dealer said wheel bearings and axles are fine when I was there for the ball joints.

Rotate the tires around to see if it changes with tire position.

Recheck alignment and tire pressures.

Why do you have a brake dragging?

I honestly don't know why, I bought the car in November. I have fluid and pads waiting to go on, I just need to order my rotors and stainless lines. I noticed sometimes the front passenger side caliper would stick when I wouldn't roll back as easily on an incline. I came home and decided to spray my wheels with the hose the other day to clean them a bit and I noticed the aforementioned caliper/rotor let off quite a bit of steam when the water contacted it. Much more than the others.
