I got a loan now directly through usaa. No need for dealership BS anymore. Either it's what I have loan for or nothing at all.

Haha true. I heard the sound, looked at the sales guy and told him that it was shot. They went to get it emissions and it passed. Drove it back and put it on the lifts and I was correct. It was a goner.

Well anyone who knows someone or finds a bugeye let me know.

I dunno, I haven't been on here lately.

Didn't even read this thread through till now.

I'm sorry I can't help you with the warranty, that store was just bought out by a new owner in February. Before that my buddy was the district manager of the warranty company for that store. New owners - new warranty company. His is the only warranty company that is worth a damn.

I can get you one at cost, but you would have to pay cash for it. (Like money from the loan or out of pocket) I would guess it would be around $1k or so, have to have my buddy run it real quick.

The guy that started the company that owns my buddies warranty company is the reason we have Toyota in the US and is the reason Hudson went out of business. pretty crazy ****

Toyota

In early 1968, he was contacted by a friend from Chicago who said that Toyota wanted to establish a dealer network in the Southeast U.S. and wanted to talk to Jim Moran, who asked what a Toyota was. The company had been unsuccessful at breaking into the American market at the end of the 1950s and was trying again. Moran declined, but his friend was insistent that Moran drive one. According to Moran, he tested everything to see if it would break. While cruising at 55 mph on the interstate, Moran shifted into reverse, and the engine and transmission survived. Moran concluded that although Toyotas weren't as stylish or comfortable as domestic vehicles, they were well-built, reasonably priced, and destined to change the automotive business. [9] On October 26, 1968 he entered into an agreement to distribute Toyota vehicles from the port in Jacksonville, Florida to the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North and South Carolina. His Southeast Toyota Distributors (SET) was founded that year [10] and in 2006, distributed over 400,000 vehicles, 20% of all new Toyotas sold in the United States.

Hey, Steye05, don't know if you're still looking but I got something that you may be interested in. I'm trading in my 2005, stock, silver WRX wagon to the dealer, it has just under 90K miles, timing belt done last year. It is very clean, never messed with. Like I said, it's going to the dealer as my '13 should be in this week. So you'd you can't buy from a private party you'd be able to get it through Power Subaru in Scottsdale.

PM me if interested.

You don't have to trrade in, if they are giving you "x" amount of dollars, you can just bring them that amount in cash. Dealer would prefer to have cash any who.

I know, its okay shhh shhh shhh.

Peoria subaru - new owners as of February.

Old owners, I could've hooked you up, specially with warranty.

Cannot hook you up with new owners.

I can hook you up with the best aftermarket warranty in the world, but you would have to pay cash versus putting it into the cost of loan. If you goto the dealership and buy a warranty, they just add it to the loan.

I was just saying, the guy that started the company that owns the warranty company, was not just another businessman.

He was the first to import Toyotas successfully, if not for him we would not have Toyotas here, for sale. also Hudson (like as in Hudson hornet cars movie, as in the talking "Cars" movie, with the Rusty tow truck named Mater.) He was the main distributor of Hudson, but they had other ideas from what Jim Moran wanted, so he stopped selling them and they went out if business shortly there after.

Sorry been drinking and posting on my phone, my grammar may not be nsync.

Got the loan for this car and will most likely be purchasing it. All records and work from FAT and camelback subaru. All documentation. Higher mileage but looks brand new. FAT has done all the installation and both places say its in practically perfect condition!!!

http://www.azawd.org/forums/viewtopi...fff0aa644fda8d

Here is the info if you cant see the link or dont have an account>>>>>>

>>I'm trying to test the waters on my 2003 WRX. I have been thinking about selling it for a while now because I have been looking to get an Evo 8 or a 06-07 WRX. This car is the rare Sonic Yellow that was only made in 2003. The car has 194k miles but still runs great and has less than 5k on all the top end (heads, timing belt, water pump etc.). I have had the car for about 3/4 of a year and its a blast to drive I just want to find an Evo 8 or newer WRX. I bought the car at 190k and it was bone stock and is now currently Stage II with all mods professionally installed by FAT. Also, I got the leaky fuel line problem that was common in 02-04 WRX's fixed by Camelback Subaru along with new Fuel injector O-rings and a few other plastic pieces that would normally ware out on a 10 year old car. I have all receipts to show everything I have done to the car while I have owned it. Mods go as followed:

Performance:
Invidia Bellmouth Catless Downpipe
Grimmspeed Up-Pipe
HKS Catback
HKS BOV
Deatschwerks DW200 (255 lph) Fuel Pump
AEM Short Ram Intake
Perrin Lightweight Crank Pulley
Tuned on 91 octane by FAT (247whp/244wtq) Have dyno sheets
Tuned at 192,2xx miles.

Wheels/Suspension:
17x7.5 Rota Tarmac 3's (black)
Tein S Springs

Interior:
Glowshift Boost Gauge

That's pretty much it for mods. Forced Air Technologies are the only people who have touched this car, and I believe they are the best in the area so this car is well built.

I am open to all offers just pm me with an offer, the worst I can say is No.
I would like to get 7,500 obo. I'm not in a hurry to sell.

Thanks,
Morgan.

I have tons more pictures he sent me via imessage but dont know how to upload them on here. Car is absolutely flawless and for half the price of the other sonic yellow, far better condition with all records, its a good deal. The mileage is high but for what its worth having all documents, having both shops vouch for the car and all the work professionally done and maintained properly, I think its a great choice. Plus my payment is super low and I can pay it off quick!

That was my concern to is the mileage, but camelback subaru and FAT both did the work and said its in amazing condition and shape..like age, mileage is just a number...well unless she is not well kept
