Default Complete parts list for EJ255, EJ257 Hybrid Swap?

Hey, ya'll. So the Subaru blues are setting in.

2006 WRX wagon, rod knock and dying turbo.

My plans are to purchase an EJ257 shortblock and swap on my EJ255 heads. I also plan on purchasing a VF43 turbo.

I've done some research and can only find parts lists for 2.0/EJ257 hybrid swaps.

Could someone list everything I'll need or link me to a thread which has a complete list of everything I'll need?

KONKILR, no. Internals have been proven to be different...

There isn't enough of a difference to be concerned. The cranks are the same, the rods are the same, The block is the same. The pistons have differences as far as year and engine number. The differences are minimal and wont matter once you are tuned properly with your new setup. You would probably be doing forged pistons anyway so that throws that issue out altogether.

You would be better off rebuilding what you already have as there is no gains by swapping to an EJ257. And an EJ257 would bolt in like nothing was ever changed.
