Default NEWB Question. HOW MUCH BOOST 2013 wrx?

Friend of mine has a 2013 wrx 4 door. Just finished final step of cobb stage 2 install. So my question is what's next? Should we install the boost control turn it up and tune or is there something better spent? Also what's the most boost he could run. Highest reading i have gotten was 17.3. TIA

Still, see a professional tuner. Not that I'm an expert by any means but if you're asking how much boost you can push you don't need a boost controller nor should you be tuning the vehicle yourself.

See a tuner before you damage the engine.

I can't prove that I know anything.

Therefore the statement "I know-nothing " has the possibility of being false.

Problem?
