Default 2011 WRX wg flutter or leak

Hey guys, I searched around the forums, but I couldn't find any videos with a noise exactly like mine.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-4xp...ature=youtu.be
The noise comes up around 0:05.
It happens at WOT;sometimes on 3rd gear and always at 4th and 5th gear.
I have already removed the endcaps on the TB to IC hose and have already replaced the bpv. has anyone else experienced this sound?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Mod List:
invidia catless tbe
cobb sf intake
forge bpv
Torqued Performance stage 2

It's kind of hard to hear in this video. You heard that flutter/ or boost leak at 5 seconds?

definitely normal on 2009+ cars, a good amount of people swear by pnp the vf52 will actually help lower the flutter noise that you're hearing

This has been brought up a lot recently. It is completely normal.

It is the sound of your wastegate opening and closing to regulate boost.

This is incorrect as it is not the turbo causing the flutter, it is the wastegate. The boost solenoid sends a signal to open and close the wastegate in order to regulate boost. This is what causes the fluttering sound.

The only "fix" (not really a fix since it isnt a problem to begin with) is to go MBC.

Did you mean porting the IWG? PnP is when you smooth out the bends on both the hotside and coldside.
