Default COBB AP lost - what to do for tune now

Lost my COBB AP when I moved, would i still be able to get a custom tune without the AP or am i screwed. Could i still get an OS tune? to overwrite the AP one.

I think cobb has to unlock your ecu? Not sure. Ask cobb.

I do know that you cannot write over the existing rom.

I've heard (read) you may be able to get someone else with an unmarried AP to flash you back to stock. No personal experience as I am open source. Worth a try before sending ecu to Cobb or tactrix
