Subaru Stars is this all I need for 300-320 HP

I bought a 2004 wrx wagon a couple of years ago. I put a new short block in that has only 5k on it at this point. I built it all stock because I wasn't planning to mod it, however I cannot help myself. all it currently has is a cobb stage 2, which is the turbo back and an ecu reflash, incase you dont know. I have a little cash saved and want to make around 300-320 hp. what I want to know is the bare minimum I need to meet these goals. I was thinking a Blouche td05h-16gxt, 650cc injectors, deatschwerks dw200 fuel pump, and a protune! I dont have money to buy a lot of different things like cold air intake and such. I also want to make clear that I am not trying to go all out with a crazy build, just a healthy 300 or slightly above hp. I dont want to make it totally unreliable! and I understand the limits of the tranny and such. do you think that I need bigger injectors or what is your opinion? sorry if this topic has been covered before!

Please read and research more this is a well covered topic. These power levels are dangerous for your current transmission and clutch setup.
