Default spt exhaust question 02-07 installation

was hoping someone can help me out with this. thinking about picking up a spt exhaust however no hardware or gaskets are included. questions are is there supposed to be a gasket between the rear exhaust pipe and the muffler (axle-back) and if so anyone got a Part# for it?
also anyone got Part#s for the nuts and bolts that attach the two?
if someone can provide the Part# for the hardware for attaching the exhaust to the cat that would be good to know also for future use
