Default Houston A/C condenser and indoor coil?

As the heat continues to rise in Houston my A/C on the house is starting to fall apart (20 year old unit). After some research and a load test I pretty much narrowed it down to this:

2013 17SEER Trane XR15 5ton condenser and indoor coil

Standalone disconnect switch for the outdoor unit

I would also want a new line set instead of flushing the old lines. I don't want to run the risk of what's in the existing lines and avoid possible leaks down the road

Any recommendations on an installer and advice? This is on a 2,800 SF home.

If your not adverse to going with American Standard, I have an A/C guy I use. He is an American Standard dealer. Which, by the way, are one and the same w/ Trane. They are built in the same factory in North Texas. Yes, I did my research as well on what A/C units I would install. Never go with Goodman or Amana (one in the same as well).

I have a 4,010 square foot house, and have two units. I just replaced the larger of the two units with a 16 SEER American Standard 4 ton unit. We upsized from a 3.5 ton unit. It is a single stage compressor. It replaced a crappy Amana 13 SEER unit from 2006. Our other A/C unit is a crappy 2.5 ton Amana unit. I can't wait for it to take a crap. I used Lambert A/C, a father/son owned company, and the three of them installed my unit in a couple days. http://www.americanstandardair.com/p...&FinPrgFound=0

I've been very happy w/ the new A/C unit, and the installation. We splurged for the 10 year no deductible warranty as well.
