What nozzles do I use to make sure it seals

Drill and tap and screw some in with a good thread sealer. That'd be my guess

I would suggest the aquamist nozzles with their nozzle holders. The nozzle holders can be loctite in (or some epoxy equivalent). The nozzle thread into the holders and have an o-ring, so you don't have to worry about stripping the threads in the plastic.

Has anyone tapped into the plastic manifold successfully before? I did a search and couldn't find anything. Would love to see some pictures if it's been done.

how much boost you gna run?
my guess is arounf 20psi?
i honstely think if you do drill and tap it and seal it with thread sealant it will hold. if not you can always drill and tap and seal it with jb weld. lolololol
