Not really but a plus. Was also looking at taller risers too. Then reality set in and decided i need rubber, aluminum sheet metal and another trunk before I buy a spoiler. Can't be riding all over town with a giant "pull me over now" sign on the back of my car.

Well the s202 wing isn't very tall, not as tall as the OEM STI spoiler anyway.

You building a monster truck outback Corey?

By the way, thanks for helping out last weekend guys.

No problem man glad to help.

I saw a few people made new Cnc risers for the s202 spoiler and it didn't look too bad and made more downforce. Enough to break the plastic mounts that attach to the airfoil itself. Some aluminum and I could make some adjustable mounts.

I saw those risers before, they are a good idea. I like where you are going with this. I say go for it

Nope, not building a monster truck. Headgasket on an older outback so I can sell it and buy wrx parts. :-) :-).

I'm more than happy to help next year too. Hopefully we can convince them to assign jobs before the day of so we can all be on the same page. It was a blast this year, that's for damn sure.

Good thinking

Ya i will work on some job assignments for next year with Adam if you guys still want to help. We get more and more organized every year, this is the first year it has rained though so that was a new/shi*** experience to say the least.

More than happy to help. I'll organize the drive again with you Chris. I think 2 groups worked rather well. I've gotta get that video posted. Damn I'm slow.

Anyway, anyone wanna do some go carts or something for the next meet? I heard that there's an indoor cart track going up in Milford De. Gonna have to check that out when it's done.

Well then that means im in the market for a spare trunk.....

Did find one on fleaby fairly reasonable but all the clear coat is pealing off of the top of the carbon. dont quite know how hard it would be to get that repaired or just have it painted/ wrapped.

some job assignments would have made things run alittle smoother but we have plenty of time to plan for next year.

Im down to help when it is needed. I think for what happened with the rain the organization was good, but there is only so much you can do when you have that amount of cars to get off Rt. 13 at one time. Next year the open field across the road should really try to be utilized, is there a possibility of rental of the field for the day from the owner and charge spectator parking to cover it?

Not sure which ones in OC are the best but if we get a few ppl together we can get group rates. I remember thinking about doing that in the past after I already spent the money on the individual rate several times. Lol. Batting cages, mini golf and some dinner?? Hell I'm just throwing this idea out there. Our lady friends can attend as well. :-)

I drove by BWW today. The sign is up and all the take out parking signs are there too so it's gonna be soon. :-)

I'll hopefully upload the video to YouTube so it's easier for everyone to view. It took what seemed like forever to edit it. I trimmed down over an hour worth of video into 10 mins. Lol

I give the driver benefit of the doubt. It was really greasy and dirty out there. If rain water wasn't still drying there was dirt on the corner. Amazing he came around again, doing the whole 360.

I will check it out

Lol i hear that, in most cases AWD inspires (over)confidence. Evo's are more bias to oversteer than our subarus also. He just needs some more driver mod.

I wouldn't mind doing something... and that turn will sneak up on you if your not familiar with the road.

I used to do this yeaaarrrsss ago. Didn't know if any of you are interested in doing this. The group meets in K-Mart Parking Lot on RT. 50 and contribution and monies raised go to local families of Eastern shore. A couple friends of mine put picks up this weekend and sparked my interest again.
