Default 2003 baja will not start

I inherited a problem vehicle and can not find the problem.2003 Baja 5 speed. The 2.5 motor was pulled and replaced with a 2.0 ,cam sprocket and crank wheels were changed, intake and all sensors swapped, new crank sensor and cam sensor installed, new coil pack installed, used 2003 baja 5 speed computer tried. The vehicle will only fire on 2 cylinders and not start. No codes showing on scanner.New spark plug wires and plugs. The sprocket that is on the motor from the last shop looks like the old style with only about 5 crank trigger bumps and the one in the vehicle supposedly from the 2.0 has several bumps on it but dont know which is correct for a 2003 baja 5 speed.wierd I bought a 1999 legacy with 2.2 and it has the multiple crank wheel on it.Everything from the original 2.5 is supposed to be on the 2.0 now but only fires on 2 cylinders. The original 2.5 timing belt broke and bent the valves. The jdm 2.0 motor is supposed to work they said. All wiring and connectors look fine. Thanks for any help
