Default What Front End Work Should I do while I'm changing Wheel Bearings?

I have an 04TS wagon with just over 100k on it. Last year I replaced the clutch, headgaskets and a bunch of other miscellaneous stuff while I had it taken apart. I posted a similar topic thread and got tons of great input. Looking for same thoughts here, although I am going to be replacing my front wheel bearings.

I have a wheel rate rub noise which sounds like its coming from the driver side but I am not sure. I put the car on the ramps and didnt see anything noticeable but its probably time to replace some of steering, suspension and wheel parts. I haven't changed the pads recently, prob 30k ago. So I could check those and see if that solves the noise but I have a feeling its time to do the wheel bearings.

If I do the wheel bearings what else should I replace while I'm at it? Rotors? Tie Rods? Suspension?

TIA.

its kinda just see what you need type of thing, when I did my wheel bearings my front rotors were out of spec, my parking brake pads were gone and my ball joints were beat too, I went in at about 145k on mine. what I thought would be nice would be to get some billet knuckles and do away with that pesky abs stuff. and speaking of abs I took off the sensor ring then put in the new bearings and then realized I couldn't put the ring back on with the hub in place, ruined that bearing before it was ever even on the car.

Add to this, steering rack bushings, and performance alignment.
