Default Tell me best spring rate for DD coilovers

I have BC BR coilovers with the BC springs. Spring rates are 8K front and 6K rear.

I am thinking about getting Swift springs with 7K front and 5K rear. Agree or disagree?

Let me know if you have tried the Swift springs and what rates you've tried for your DD.

I appreciate your advice. Thanks.

I know that the Feal coils run 8k F/R - I don't know how well the dampers are going to be valved for the change, but everything I've heard says the swift springs ride better than almost any other springs.

If anything, maybe give the guys at FEAL a call since they do a lot of the rebuilding for BC's with Swift. I think I'll be doing the same thing on Monday.

I was skeptical that the 8k/8k setup would be too harsh for the street. But after talking with Odi and using these Feals, I'm a believer. He's done a good job with these.

Granted, large sharp bumps will still be hard. But overall a very livable setup. And I drive on some terrible roads.

it has a GREAT DEAL to do with the struts being used

junk struts = junk results regardless of spring rates used

I found this post last night shortly after replying. This was a really good review by someone in your exact situation.
