We recently bought a house and did a bunch of interior work we hired B's Granite & Marble ( https://www.facebook.com/BsGranite ) for the counter tops they were about 800-1000 less than everyone else for exactly the material we wanted and were the only ones that spent the time to measure several times to figure out how to fit our kitchen on to 1 slab of Quartz.

We had the entire interior painted by Armadillo bros, we had 3 colors (walls one color, trim another, and doors) they did the Epoxy floor in garage and painted our cabinets their work was good they seemed to have attention to detail, they have since done our neighbors exterior and another neighbors interior as well, I had several painters out and they were the cheapest.

Carpet guy we used ill have to look for his info he was very reasonable and quick he also showed me some picts of wood and laminate flooring he has done we plan to have him back to do more flooring in future.

If you are in market for home warranty our in-laws used One Guard and raved about their experience so we bought a plan too and we had to have a water heater replaced with in 3 months (more expensive than the entire years plan!) and it went well.

Appliances; we had to buy washer dryer and in laws bought washer dryer from Justin at Lowes at McDowell and Hayden guy knows his appliances even model/part #'s off top of his head pretty crazy, he even knew of some in the back that were open box not on floor which we bought and saved ton of money on got some Electrolux front loaders that light up and look like space ships!

Flooring wise check out Floor & Decor in Tempe they have huge selection of tile, stone, laminate and hardwoods we shopped every store in town they had the most unique and best priced stuff, when we re do our laminate it will be one of their products.

Lastly if you need any real estate help I am also available to help you sell, buy or rent! (shameless plug!)

I'm sort of looking for somebody that does good work, with warranty on epoxy floors.
Or racedeck, if anybody has a hookup on that.
I was debating on doing epoxy coat myself, but I'd really rather not.

Looking for somebody that does concrete work too, rv pad, exterior of house. Fairly big job I guess.

What do you mean by pool repairs? We still need to resurface our pool...

(Haven't made a damn bit of progress any of that crap I posted about earlier in the thread.)

Before/after pictures would be a welcomed addition to the thread.

We just bought a 36 solar pannel system, should be on the roof in 45 days.

The process is retarded easy, we own the pannels once the loan is paid off AND my SRP bill is guaranteed to be $0 from day one!

My wife was a hard sell, she only agreed to hear the solar guy out after she saw our neighbors SRP bill once they got 28 pannels.

If you want them to do a free analsys call Sun Valley Solar : Bobby Burnett 480.689.5020

Tell them the Spencer family sent you.
