Default All I can say is...

That it better be fast as balls if thats what its gonna look like. But seriously they are gettign warmer. Shrink the ass end a little, put some thinner headlights (Skyline type) and they would be set. I personally like the wheels on the base wrx better than the sti

Personally, I like it. However, it'd be better with a 2-door option, and yeah, make it a little more wedge-like, reminiscent of the GC8s. The SWRT car is much better looking that stock, but that's a given.

If they were to streamline it a little more, make it 2-door, and introduce the STi finally, I'll be first in line for pre-orders, drooling every step of the way.

The bug-eyes definitely have to go - that was the only thing that prevented me from getting a WRX last year (well, that and the fact that I was locked into my Jetta a the time). This is a good (first) step in the right direction.

looks OK. I don't like the lowered horizontal line of the front bumper. the headlight shapeis an impreovement over the bugeyes, IMO.

But Morettes or projectors solve that problem.

That is horrid IMHO...that hood scoop looks like a Defi gauge pod..too tall and too much overhang.

And i am not feeling the quais RSX headlights at all....they should have stuck with the JDM/Sti projectors, which are actually VERY nicely styled and totally change the front of the car.

Rear wing is nice though

I would not look for a 2 door Impreza anytime soon BTW....

Are the fogs getting smaller????? i like the big round fog lights!! the taillights look very much like altezzas, the jaguar ones,:monkey: my round headlights are much more cooler then thoses, and it looks liek you cant change you're grill's anymore, since its attached to the bumper. IMO the new wrx gets :monkey:

Subaru better not be getting rid of the BIG fog lights and replacing them with those little ones.

The pictures look good, except for the hood, the scoop, the headlights, the fog lights, and the grill. The front end is better off the way it is.

But more importantly, has the performance changed? Who cares what it looks like.

I like the new front facia,+ lights, however why did they have to touch the tailights!? They looked way better on the 02-03impreza. I don't understand the need to have that droop/bubble go into the bumper like that, silly designers! The steering wheel on the STI looks sweet+functional, and I'm feeling the blue guages also.

I Like the new look of the WRX. It's got a more aggresive look to it I love the headlights and fog lights and the hood scoop looks good.
