Now lose the vaginas on the the side of the 5, put this 3 face on it, add turbo power, and I'll finally buckle down and buy it.

So they replaced the old model's smiling front with a frowning rear.

Damn, that's a good looking Mazda3. This should be a license to print money.

I'm not feeling it. I love the look on the 6 (best looking midsize sedan by a mile), but on the 3, the nose is visually too heavy and the rear is too pinched. It is almost a caricature. I like the current 3 a lot better.

The nose looks wicked huge, just like the 6. But in person it isn't nearly as offensive as some of the standard glamour angles make it appear.

The bottom of the windows look kind of bent, though.

Very nice. Mazda seems to be getting better and better since they broke off from Ford. I did not expect that.

My girlfriend has a 2010 Corolla that she bought new a few years ago and was considering a 2013 Mazda 3, but we decided on waiting on the 2014s before making a decision. After seeing the 2014 Corolla and now the un-disguised 2014 Mazda 3... it's no contest. It makes the Corolla look like a Saturn.

^ They'd better hope that Mazda isn't going to throw a curveball and give the MS3 AWD.

If this years 2013 STI had looked like that, I would not be in a Golf R.

Guess I have a thing for piano black.
