Question Pulley Kits for WRX

does anyone know which of the brand names of pulley kits will yield the largest power advantage? I would like to keep my electrical working decently in the car, however I would be willing to sacrafice some AC power if the performance gains were substantially greater. Can anyone help me out?

The GFB pulley kit includes a lightened and underdriven crank pulley and alternator pulley. Therefore, it does not decrease the generating capacity of the alternator.

I know this, but what I am basically asking is will a pulley that will cause some electrical generation loss outperform the GFB Pulley Kit as far as horsepower and torque gains? Sorry if I wasn't so clear initially.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can gain power by sacrificing A/C power on the WRX. I think at full throttle the computer automatically turns off the A/C compressor, and the pully just freewheels without putting any load on the engine.

You would be correct, however, underdrive pulley kits can cause a loss in electrical power at idle depending on how much underdrive there is, and the power gains are not very substantial at high rpms, the lightened and underdriven pulley kits are designed to give you a power increase at low rpms, particularly from a standstill which is where the WRX needs the most help anyway. Sorry if I wasn't clear. The real question is will an underdrive pulley kit that will cause a loss in electrical generation at idle or below 1000 rpms give me a more substantial increase in initial acceleration from a standstill over say the GFB pulley kit which does not cause any loss in electrical generation?
