That gage is not even close to matching the dash.

Somebody had to say it.

It's not supposed to be. Even says that in the post. Someone else said the same thing and got a similar response earlier in the thread.

You put up a poat about matching gauges then put a pic of non mathing gauges in your OP from an audi. Didnt think you read your own title for th thread so we were giving people hope that there are matchjng gauges

This is why reading is fundamental instead of staring at the pretty pictures and commenting. The gauges for our car haven't been created yet. When he didn't have pics up, people were on him for not posting pictures. When he showed an EXAMPLE FROM AN AUDI that the first post clearly states, people say they don't match.

Op, thanks for keeping us updated on this.

So the font will match up, end product?

Don't really need another remote floating around, but if the price was right.

I posted about a gauge that is currently for sale, and currently the best option out there for matching. Defi's are great, but they do not have the red numbers/white needle option.

So until these new gauges come out... my post about my Prosports was relevant.

Those of you having problems with them... yes, there are quality issues with Prosports. But much of the time, it's just a shoddy install by the car's owner. You can't just throw the electronic sensors anywhere in your engine bay. If we all read about them being fragile, then treat them as such. Mine read in accordance with my AP as well.

And as far as covering my ass about the gauges not matching; the OP did not include that little snippit about them being from an Audi in the first post until after I posted up about my Prosports.

Are you guys stupid?!!!

I made this thread so podi can see just how many people want gauges!

THE GAUGES ARE BEING MADE
THE DIAL FONT WILL MATCH
THE COLOR WILL MATCH. THE SWEEP WILL MAT
THE NEEDLE WILL MATCH

I posted that picture to show that I made this kit plug and play in my Subaru and that their gauges will work

The remote is pretty simple and clean man. And really you just use it to set your warning and then you don't need it unless you want to change them.

Yea the end product will be a perfect match. Font, needle, and color

Sweet!! Can't wait for this to release. I had a podi in my S4 along with the pod and I know that Winston takes pride in his products.

well i received an email answering some of you're questions here is the part where he answered the questions... i also put it in the original post
here is a video to explain to
people what Podi is all about: http://vimeo.com/22817428#at=0

Attached are some of the dials, there will be imperial and metric gauges
for boost, OP, OT and AFR

Price: $139.00 each, same price and specifications of the existing gauge
line on the Podi site. I will offer a discount for 2, 3 and 4 gauge combo
purchases.

ETA: I'll work on it faster now that I see interest. To quote from the
Golf R project "You can do things fast or you can do things right. Podi
never does anything fast."

Subbed. Excited to see the final product. I have the Defi red racer boost gauge installed and while I love it and it works great...it would be nice to have 100% match gauges including the stock start up sweep. I also saw they have a remote display for the V1 radar detectors...amazing!

if you're in contact with the designers, you really need to match the various dimming hues to get that 'perfect' match.

Yeah good point. That's the one thing I don't like about my defi gauge is I can't change the brightness of it with the stock dimming dial.
