Post The Official MILWAUKEE MILWAUKEE/SE WI Area Meat Thread

So here it is... the Official meet thread for southeastern Wisconsin! This thread will be updated frequently so be sure to check the second post for all meet info/schedule!

Due to significant interest from local members on The Official Milwaukee Milwaukee Milwaukee thread, I decided to start a new thread home specifically for meet/club event discussions to be held in the greater Milwaukee Area. Any topics or discussions not club meet/event related please post on the Milwaukee Milwaukee thread here http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2239132

We will establsh a meet schedule as soon as possible... I CANNOT DO THIS ALONE!!! We are a club and need willing members who desire to actively participate in events. All members who want to seriously engage in a lasting and successful club chapter have found the right place.

Let's see what we can accomplish as a MWSOC group!!!

Updated 3/7/12 RED

Our third meet was a success!!!

Miller Park was awesome choice, we will definately have to go back when the weather is warmer! Kudos for everyone standing out in the cold while I climbed the dumpster to take pics!

*Current Task List*

1)Meet 4!

2)We now have group window stickers available, 5 bux each contact Znoblebb to get one. He can mail it to you or you can pick it up from him at the next meet.

Meet 4 will have activities! After Mulligan's we will all cruise over to AMF for some night bowling in South Milwaukee.

*Update* 3/7/12
Here's the details for food and bowling:

Mulligan's has no problem with separate checks for everyone so we can all order individually. I think we will seated at tables as smaller groups this time too.

When it is time to go we will all go to AMF bowling. Its easy enough to get there but in order to keep the cruise in good form Tom(v3rtigo), Ted(ssrsxss) and myself will lead 3 groups. Everyone in the cruise will be assigned a lead car before we to follow once I establish a driver headcount.

AMF midnight bowling:
The bowling alley is going to hold a reservation for us for approximately 20 people but should be able to handle our group without issue. The price for unlimited bowling is $15 per person from 10pm-2am including shoe rental. They asked I collect the fees from all who are going to bowl and pay for the group at once. I will do this when we get there so please bring cash. Remember you don't have to bowl to come hangout! See everyone on Friday!

Location: Mulligan's Irish Pub
8933 S. 27th Street
Franklin, WI 53132
and
AMF South Park Lanes
305 North Chicago
South Milwaukee, WI 53172

Time: Dinner First at Mulligan's from 7:00pm~9:00pm
followed by AMF bowling @ 10:00pm-we get tired or they shut us down.
Date: Friday, March 9th

Meet1 had about 31 people show up.

Subscribe if you would like and stay tuned for updates. Also there is a sweet NASIOC android app for free download. It is actually very good IMHO, so check it out. The success here is determined by the dedication of our local members and making room in your schedule for the club if you are able to. This is where it counts! Cheers!

I will update the schedule as often as needed, feel free to pm me if I need to make a change or for other info, thanks
-Tyler

Oak Creek is nice and close. I'd agree to that. What spots are you thinking?

Too small inside. I don't like freezing in a parking lot in winter. Could work once the weather warms up. I'm also available to do some work organizing things and I've got some experience doing it in the past.

BW3s lot is always full. what does the culvers lot look like at 6pm? parking lot seems big enough (thanks google maps) as long as its not busy at that time.
