Was a pleasure meeting you. Glad it all worked out for you. Good luck and I'll be waiting for those pictures of your car snow drifting when you get all moved.

Who has 7 rebuilds? Nobody I know?
I assume you are trying to talking about the Mexico STi.
We rebuilt it when we got it (nothing was wrong with the engine he just wanted to upgrade the heads), then we rebuilt it after the Accessport failed on us at the Texas Mile in Oct 2012. This caused damage to the heads so we had to have them repaired.
(We ran a temp engine in it... Keith's for two months because he wanted to attend a race two weeks after the Texas Mile but there was no way to fix his engine in time). We reinstalled his engine in February 2013 with the new Cosworth ECU. It pushed well over 800whp at 45psi and lifted the heads a tiny bit due to the previous damage not being repaired correctly by the machine shop, so we replaced them with brand new ones. (Shortblock did not have any damage so not sure if that counts as a rebuild or not) and the engine is out right now but only because we had to pull it to install the new dry sump system.
And yes we are going to rebuild the shortblock (using the same pistons, the same rods and the same crank) but only because the owner of the Mexico STi requested new AWDTuning sleeved casehalves and 14mm headstuds to go along with the dry sump and the more than 40psi he wants to run.
Were you asking a serious question or is this just one of your attempts to try to make me bad? Did you ever hear why we got rid of the accessport? Lance Lucas can fill you in on the problems we had and how I wanted to R&D for you guys (Cobb) but the owner refused to ever with with Cobb again. Ironic to me considering what he does for you guys too.
I kept my promise that I made to you over a year ago about staying quiet about what we found on this car when it came to us. Glad I did too because the more we got to work with him the more i realized thar it didn't matter, in my opinion. Because racecar
