Default Am I alone in thinking that the New Style headlights blow the Olds out of the water?

Maybe I am....maybe I'm not....oh well =P I love them just the same

Not only do the headlights look great, not the flow of the new lines on the car are just amazing IMO...

I think they BOTH look great. JDM lights and an sti grill improve the wrx front end immensely. I will agree that the 04 lights look better than the 02 stock us wrx, but jdm lights look mean as hell to me

The front end has just become too round and that hood scoop is really distasteful now. . . The lights themselves are nice, though.

I think the new lights look mean and awesome, the older style looks too.... "cute".

But the gc8 front end is still the best IMO

Much better. The hood scoop, headlights, and foglights go much better with the lines of the blistered fenders. The ugly headlights were the only thing that made me pause before I bought my WRX.

No love here for the new design.

They ruined the originality of the car, personally I'm glad I bought a 2002. Looks like anyone who was expecting a Bug Eyed STi will be S.O.L (S#it Outta Luck)

Bad idea in my opinion, kinda looks like they are after the RSX market. If they were so desperate th change the looks they should have made a Coupe.

Just My Opinion

It's just my opinion but I see some GM influence in the new design.

I loved my old WRX but I sold it and am now very excited to start saving for an STi with the new headlight and front end design. Funny thing is that I think my girlfriend is just as excited as I am about the new design and getting an STi!!! I can't wait!

The new design is head-over-heels better than the current style IMO!

When the WRX came out i wanted to cry.. but it grew on me after i saw different ways you could make it look different.. and now i like the 02-03's.. i can see myself liking the 04's after a while.. seeing some modded out and different styles. Of course everyone will hate it at first but itll probably grow on most of us, it just takes some time to work itself in.

I LOVE IT!
Only thing I would change is make the scoop a little smaller, and put some side vents......I am a little partial to GC8. After my current car dies I was not planning to buy another subaru...but this has changed my mind.

the 02 lights went from ugly to ok when i spent a whole day at a subaru dealer just looking at the headlights.

but, the GC8 lights just looks so nice.

I reallly don't like the new look. The car looks like a small nissan maxima with a hood scoop. LONG LIVE THE BUG EYES!!!!!

not feeling the new hood - it does go with the fenders a little better now i guess, but still don't like it.

the new wrx looks good...it looks "updated"

but my car with JDM lights and nice styling will still GREATLY SATISFY my needs

JDM PROJECTORS are unique...nothing beats it
