These adaptive headlights are cools as hell, but damnit if they stop working!
Yeah I realize this with BMW and a few others. I was worried about all makers going to the impossible service program. Even chevy/ford become harder and harder to work on each year depending on the truck.

The gas trucks arn't to bad at all but get a new Ford diesel, open the hood and pour a gallon of water over the engine. Then go inside and heat up your pizza, then tell me if you see water under the truck when you're done.

I came from a MY08 135i Sport Package 6spd

It was a fun car but in the time that I owned it it had 15k worth of work done to it. All under warranty thank goodness. New turbos, VANOS components, completely replaced all the suspension, water pump, oil pump, replaced parts of the cooling system, fuel pump, waste gates, just what I can remember haha. When I got rid of her it had 60k miles.

Alas still a fun car. If I own another in the future it will be a 1M haha.

Congrats on the purchase! Don't be a stranger lol

I personally work for them and I will NEVER EVER own one. Maybe lease but the things I've seen on these car make them a nightmare to even think about owing one. That's just me though

Fortunately, I'm a genius with a wrench. And in the event I don't feel like fixing it myself, I make enough money to pay for it.

Thats the nightmare really, it isnt a problem that these cars cost to maintain.. its a problem if you get into one without accepting and preparing for it

I love mine, dont mind the cost of maintenance

+1 to that. : )

I traded my WRX for a 335i last year and absolutely love it. I was debating on the 13' Sti of course, but my Cobb Stage 2+ just feels so amazing! Yes, I did stick with Cobb because of my Stg2 WRX. Too bad I can't flash it on the go like my Subaru.
