Default Burning Excessive Amts Of Oil

FORGIVE ME ON THIS, IM BRAND NEW TO NASIOC, so anyway i got a 2010 wrx and the head gasket went, so i took it to my mechanic shop and they put in brand new heads, gaskets, seals, etc. after the job was done the car was sputtin out massive amounts of blue smoke, both my mechanic and 3 people in subaru said it was my turbo. so i had blouch rebuilt the turbo due to coolant getting into the seals (they said), did a compression and leakdown test everything came back good. car is now throwing a p0016 code and burnt 1-1 1/2 qts of oil within less than 60 miles of driving. there is no blow-by anywhere. eliminated the pcv system entirely and still burning oil. Help!!

Try posting in the correct forum about your engine or the built engine forum if yours has a built bottom end. I highly doubt your oil consumption issue is due to the tune.
