Have you tried taking it to different dealers to see if they find the cause.A blown sensor may not be the cause just the symptom.

Contact SOA directly. Tell them you need to deal with a regional representative. Explain your situation. They will get to the bottom of your problems. Dealers are always going to fix the easy problem. They will not root around until they find the source of all your bad luck. If you call SOA make sure your car is back to original operating condition, no mods. They will not deal with moddded cars, well not usually anyway.

Darklite, the your car has to many miles to be lemoned.

Lemon law in NJ, roughly, your vehicle has to be back to the dealer within 2 years 18,000 miles for the same EXACT problem, 3 times, or held up for more than 20 days, with failure to fix the problem.

Your car has what? 25k on it. Im afraid your stuck, you can try contacting soa, but hey where of no help to me, when I was having the problems with my dealer.

Also if your car was at the dealer with your mods at anytime, all they have to say is the intake/exhuast caused the malfunction, and they are off the hook.

Good Luck.

I say rip the damn thing apart and do a EJ20 motor and tranny swap into it. Then you can run a Link if you want. You'd basically have a different car afterwards

Dude look in your owners manual, there will be the lemon law book for NY. I think you have a case, and from what I understand in NY judges seem to like the customer better so your chance is pretty good. If you really like the car (which is what it seems) talk to the subaru service rep, and I'm sure he'll make sure your car gets fixed. At least that was the case when I had my 99 RS.
