Already thought of that. :P

In fact, I already thought about volunteering your house as a central location with a nice pool to have a gathering.
...
What? Oh, damn, outside voice. Right.
...
I have triple also thought about driving around the neighborhood looking for your house, which should be easy to spot, what with all the Subies in various states of repair.

My car's outside right now anyway, so I don't have high hopes for it stayin' clean.

Plus, this is Phoenix. The weather will be gone before it gets dark.

I got to drive home through a few sprinkles, which means my car is now mudded (as in, it doesn't rain here, it muds). Oh well.

Looks good!
Turns out I have to go work for a bit. Client is leaving town and needed me before he leaves even though I was there last week. Not complaining cuz it's $$ but was enjoying my lazy friday afternoon in bed lol damnit. I may take the car instead of the truck if the sky looks ok and maybe I'll get spotted lol.

was going good until i decided to take it for a spin. Got on it on the onramp and it was cutting out real bad around 5k and the check engine light started flashing. Pulled codes and it is all 4 cylinder misfires. I am picking up some plugs tomorrow morning and going to try that first.

so next time you buy a car and the guy tells you he just did the spark plugs, immediately go check em.

Wrong plugs in and I didnt have to use a ratchet to remove any of them, they werent even finger tight >
how can you **** that up?

i need to go get the new plugs and see if it helps

Oh I just picked up a pretty sweet vintage road bike, not sure if anyone on here rides around. I go to asu and live in tempe so I figured I would start riding rather than driving.

Awesome bike man. Pretty cool :-) also when I met the dude go had the car he seemed like a complete utter jack*** anyways. Sucks you had to find out the hard way with it. Could have been worse.

thanks dude

and holy ****

I put the new plugs in gapped to .28 and this is a whole different car now

runs smooth and hits 18psi

Pulls pretty damn good for being close to stock as well. even with the ac on its fairly decent.

Also the idle vacuum is up like 4psi which was causing me to worry before.

Very happy!!!

indeed

after reading the pages upon pages of those codes I was hoping it was just the plugs lol

but after he told me he put new plugs in that was the first thing to check lol, got lucky I suppose.

Gonna go cruise it around in a little bit after I am done with the wheels

The body is pretty ****ed on this thing. Lots of dings and scratches every where.
Im thinking about just filling all the dings with some filler and plasti dipping it.

Opinions?

Also. Any of you guys know of someone with an sti catback for sale for fairly cheap?
Might consider that over building one.

I can trade some 3" piping and 3" mandrel bends and maybe some other stuff.
