Default EJ 205 Turbo Problem and CEL

I have completely and successfully swapped the JDM EJ205 into my bugeye, well so i thought. I took it out for the first drive and it threw the code P0121 which is Throttle Position Sensor Switch A Circuit/Range Problem. It also feels like the turbo isnt spooling at all and it will barely run 55 mph. Any suggestions?

USDM, the distributor of these jdm ej205 said all I had to do was swap the cam position sensor, crank position sensor, sprockets to match those two, and the intake manifolds which i did.

I took the intercooler off and oil fell out of the turbo, im assuming this could be a serious contributor to my problem

did you pre-lube the turbo ?...also there is a filter screen in the turbo oil feed line. They get clogged and starve the turbo and ultimately burn up the seal...
