Default Just getting started

Hey everyone, I have been in talks with Tom from Wicked Innovations about some modifications that need be made to my car prior to upgrading the turbo next spring. As this is my first time modifying any car, just someone to give advice would be great.

My plan is to do the following all at once since I will have the IM off:

1. spark plugs: NGK One Step Colder
2. injectors: Injector dynamic 1000CC w/ wire plug adaptors
3. motive autowerks TGV composite deletes (to save time on doing them myself, plan is to keep them for an engine build next winter where I will do the P&P)
3.1 I believe that i will need the gaskets from the TGV housings to the cylinder heads?
4. secondary air injection delete with KSTech plates
5. Turbo Inlet: perrin 2.4" (a better option? read about a lot of fitment issues)

To follow up the next weekend with
1. FMS fmic
2. forge bpv
3. wicked custom intake
4. AVO throttle body hose.

By this point I should have already done the DW65c fuel pump and GS EBC

I plan to have wicked do the complete fuel system when this is all completed and get a retune

If anyone wants to offer up their time to give me a hand I will offer whatever compensation you think is adequate. I would just rather do the work myself so I have a better understanding of the car, the cost isn't an issue.

Also let me know if I should head down another path that is better suited for my DD for the next 1.5-2 yrs until it is off the road while i redo the engine and transmission.

I am located in Boston at an apartment with no availability to work on the car and do most of my work at my parents in North Attleboro (think aaron hernandez for a location).

thanks everyone!

It sounds like you are headed in the right direction. I did all of those mods (no air injection for me to delete ) recently before upgrading to a Dom 1.5. In case you haven't heard, WI is relocating from Southern RI to Manchester, NH in September. During this time they will be closed for close to 2 weeks, so I would expect them to get pretty backed up with work. Just make sure you factor that into you plans and enjoy!

Yeah they had mentioned that when I was getting tuned that something was in the works and I saw the post yesterday. What is good is that I have a back up car I can drive as this one sits in my garage while I am working on it. I would just rather have someone who has worked on subaru's around while im working on it as I run into a million problems.

Plus, their new location is closer to where I work in Nashua and live in Boston
